• How do I order Dalda Cookbook?
  You can order the book online by filling the order form, mentioning your contact details. We will deliver the book to you at your home.

• How much do I have to pay for the Dalda cookbook?
  The price of this cookbook is Rs 595 only including all taxes. Home delivery is absolutely FREE!

• Do I have to pay any amount in advance?
  You are not required to pay any amount in advance. The complete amount of Rs 595 will be paid in cash to our personnel at the time of delivery.

• Does the same book include Urdu & English languages?
  No, the cookbook has two separate versions printed in Urdu and English. You can buy any of these two versions.

• How much does it cost besides the price for the book to reach me?
  You only have to pay for the cost of the book. No additional charges apply.

• Can I order more than one book online?
  Yes, you can order as many books as you like online.

• an I order another book using the same account I used to order a book before?
  Yes, you can order another book by signing in at www.dkd.com.pk using your account email and password. After successful sign-in; click on Order Now to order another book without providing your contact details again.

• How can I find out about the status of my order?
  After placing an online order, you can visit http://www.dkd.com.pk; click on sign-in, enter your login email address and password to sign in.  You will see your account and order details. Here you can view the status of your order.

• Why do I have to receive a verification call?
  A verification call is made within 48 hours of online ordering to make sure the order is authentic before processing the order. 

• Can I cancel my order?
  Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by calling on Dalda Advisory Service Toll Free Number 0800-32532.

• How long will it take for the book to reach me?
  You will receive the book within 10 days of order placement.

• How can I send it as a gift to my friends & relatives?
  Since payment is made in cash at the time of delivery; you will have to order the book yourself and then post it to your friends at your own convenience.
